We've had amazing growth in the last 12 months. With the first franchise location opening in June, 2017, in 2018 we signed new Franchisees in Murfreesboro, TN; St. Louis, MO; Grand Junction, CO (2 units) and an Area Development Agreement in Denver, CO.
Freshness, speed and quality set us apart from everyone else. We hand chop our vegetables throughout the day. We roast our meats in the wood-fired oven, we make our own sauces from scratch and of course, we make our own dough. We're so fresh, we don't even have a freezer. Our pizzas bake in just 90 seconds in our wood-fired oven. From the time a Guest orders their pizza to the time it's delivered to their table, it's just 4-5 minutes. We attract both a great lunch time crowd and dinner crowd. We encourage our Franchisees to have a craft beer and wine available.
While other fast casual pizza restaurants cook with gas, we cook with wood. That's truly a differentiator and creates a completely different flavor profile. It's a bit more work, but it's worth it and is reflected in the taste of our pizza.
